As lawyers (advocaten) admitted to the Dutch Bar we represent clients before the Dutch Patent Office (Octrooicentrum Nederland), WIPO, the European Patent Office (in European applications and oppositions) and, with regard to granted patents, the Octrooicentrum Nederland (in the validation of European patents and nullity advisory proceedings).

We also represent clients before the District Court in the Hague and the Court of Appeal in the Hague in national and cross-border patent infringement and revocation proceedings.

Further we advise on the legal validity and scope of protection in the Netherlands of Dutch and European patents of third parties.

We further represent clients in design and trademark matters before the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property, WIPO, European Union Intellectual Property Office as well as before the district courts and courts of appeal in infringement and nullity proceedings.
